Sourced from Brazil's Cerrado Mineiro region, located 1200 metres above sea level, ORACLE is a natural ferment of the Red Catuai variety, with notes of chocolate, plum jam, and spice.
Sourced from Peru, from the micro-lot “La Fortuna,” in Nueva Alianza, 1800-1985 metres above sea level, HELIOS is washed and made from Catimar, Geisha, and Mershell varieties. It’s vibrant, clean and balanced, with tasting notes of chocolate, clementine, and jasmine-honeysuckle.
DELPHI approaches coffee as craft and ritual, drawing our attention to sensory experience. Named for the ancient oracles at the Temple of Apollo, it frames coffee as a ritual of reflection and interpretation.
Ethically sourced and roasted in small batches in Southern Ontario, DELPHI carries on a family history in Canadian food production dating back to 1891 and grew from seven years of coffee experience.
